1.This product is a mixture of opaline powder made by fiber, metal salt, flocculating agent and so on. It is a high efficiency SCM integrating high dehydration, high-strength and high acid solubility. When encountering the drop ply. the blocking mud made by this product will dehydrate rapidly under the action of the differential pressure, which quickly forms a filter mass with primary strength to block the drop ply. And the primary loading capacity of the filter mass reaches over ply 4***. By the act of the ground temperature and pressure, the filter mass gradually become solidification, which make the loading capacity improving a lot, over 40*** in 24 hours, and its acid solubility reaches over 70% which will help relieve blockage and protect the production.

2.Usage and Dosage

2£©For micro cracks porosity well leakage, 3-5 m3/h¡ÜV leak ¡Ü30 m3/h, follow the formula to make up plugging mud: fresh water+ 15-30%CX-906.
3£©For big crack porosity well leakage(>3mm), 30m3/h ¡Ü V leak ¡Ü60 m3/h follow the formula to make up plugging mud: fresh water + 25-40%CX-906 + 2-4% walnut shell + 1-3% glimmer.
4£©For big crack and cavernous well leakage, V leak¡Ý60m3/h or on the no-return condition, it can use with cement to proceed synthesis plugging. |
