As a subsidiary of HongHua Group, BaZhou HongHua is specialized in technical service of water water-based drilling fluid and completion fluid, formation testing & workover fluid. Meanwhile we are engaged in independent research, development, manufacture and sales of auxiliary additives. The co***ny has strong comprehensive competitiveness with a registered capital of 60 million RMB, fixed assets of 62 million RMB, total assets of nearly 237 million RMB and annual output value of more than 200 million RMB a year.
The co***ny covers an area of 186 mu with a total construction area of 36000m3, including 3 factory buildings, 3 production lines, 2 storehouses, 1 comprehensive office building, 1 product development and quality inspection experiment center building. By now, we have new-built 4 production lines, including a 7-floor office building, a 7-floor apartment building, 5 plants and 3 warehouses to fully meet the requirement of market. At present our co***ny owns seven production lines with an annual production capacity of more than 30000 tons of drilling & completion fluid auxiliary additives and more than 150,000 tons of the high density barite powder.
We have carried out mud technical daily & contractor services for 510 wells with an average depth of nearly 4460m. We have completed 69 ultra-deep wells with the maximum depth of 7459m and the highest used density of 2.60g/cm3. Including 478 lump sum wells with 18 ultrahigh density wells, 136 direction and horizontal wells with the maximum depth of 7190m and the highest density is 2.45g/cm3, 47 highly difficult complex wells(including 27 gypsum-slat layer and ultrahigh density wells).
Ours oil-base drilling fluid system has been applied in YIBIN shale gas project and completed 17 horizontal wells with the maximum measure depth of 4615m and the longest horizontal stepout of 2005m and the highest mud density of 2.2g/cm3.
Since the co***ny established, the drilling and completion fluid additives had been produced and sold more than 500000 tons
