1.This product which is small molecular polymer drilling fluid thinner with high temperature resistance, can significantly decrease water base mud viscosity and shear force. It can not only inhibit clay dispersion, but also break the structure of drilling fluid under the condition of high salinity, high solid loading and high temperature. Its capacity of salt and calcium resistance can be saturated, the temperature tolerance can reach up to 240℃

2.Usage and Dosage:
1) Compound water solution(concentration 1/5 or 1/10) according to the proportion of NaOH (KOH): CX-179 =1:3.
2) The recommended dosage of CX-179 in polymer drilling fluid:0.1% to 0.5%(Dry agent content)£¬and 0.5% - 1.5%(Dry agent content) in all kinds of water-base drilling fluid, and 1% - 7%(Dry agent content) in saturated salt, high calcium and high density mud.
3) During the process of preparation, Protective glasses and rubber gloves must be worn, so as to prevent strong alkaline solution of CX-179 from splashing and hurting. |
